In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), goods will be fit for their normal (or stated) purpose. In all other respects and to the maximum extent permissible, visualartists.co.uk makes no other warranties or promises about the goods and any implied warranties are excluded.
Returns
visualartists.co.uk guarantees 100% satisfaction. Should you for any reason not be satisfied with any purchase from the site, a full credit including postal charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
You have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start the day after receipt of your goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Stock and Availability
All items offered by visualartists.co.uk are published and stocked by visualartists.co.uk and are dispatched same day by Royal Mail. Products, which become ‘out of stock' are removed from the site immediately and not offered for sale.
Whilst every effort as been made to accurately reproduce the colours of the prints, variation in both user settings and monitors may cause fluctuation under some circumstances for which visualartists.co.uk cannot be held responsible.
visualartists.co.uk reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.

Prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full together will relevant shipping charges and VAT where applicable. All credit card transactions are billed in Pounds Sterling. Any prices quoted in US Dollars are an approximation due to exchange rate changes and are provided as a guide.
Shipping
All products at visualartists.co.uk are shipped within 2 days of purchase by Royal Mail. If you have ordered from overseas, shipment is by Air Mail. visualartists.co.uk will replace any products damaged in transit.
Taxation and Import Duties
The recipient will be responsible for all import duties and local taxes. EU customers are required to pay UK VAT @ 17.50% which is also applicable to postage. Customers from North America and other non-EU countries are VAT exempt but responsible for import duties and local taxes.
